1 Payment Terms
• A confirmation
email and invoice will be sent up on receipt of your registration.
• Please make payment of the advance amount
upon receipt of the invoice.
2 Cancellation Policy
• If you are unable to attend a substitute delegate will be welcome in your place. Registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the Event are subject to an AED 500/- administration charge
• Registration fees for registrations cancelled 7 days or less before the Event must be paid in full. Substitutions are welcome at anytime
3 Tuscan accepts no liability for the cancellation of its services due to force major (e.g. natural disasters, fire, floods, war, official orders and all other circumstances beyond the control of thecontractual parties).
4 Tuscan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program in the event insufficient registrations are received or the course
leader or venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
